Position Summary

We are searching for a dedicated, compassionate, and energetic individual to be a vital link between residents, care staff, and other facility staff.

Shifts and Responsibilities

We have three shifts with various responsibilities. The primary responsibilities across all shifts include maintaining safety, preventing falls and elopements, and monitoring residents for any changes in condition such as fever, cough, changes in consciousness, and skin breakdown.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Dressing residents
2. Bathing
3. Oral and skin care
4. Feeding
5. Making beds
6. Toileting assistance
7. Taking vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure)
