Job description

We are recruiting a Payroll (Wages) Administrator to join the Pretoria Head Office (Moot/Gezina area) of a large retail group.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric
  • 2+ years weekly wages administration experience (full function)
  • SAGE 300 experience
  • Clear ITC
  • Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English

Overview of position

  • Capture and process weekly wages for approximately 700 employees accurately and on time.
  • Process new hires, terminations, and changes in employee details.
  • Accurately allocate and track all types of leave, including sick leave, annual leave, and family responsibility leave.
  • Ensure leave balances are correctly maintained and updated.
  • Address employee leave queries and discrepancies.
  • Generate payroll reports for management and auditors as required.
  • Handle queries related to payroll, wages, and benefits promptly.

Salary Bracket
R15 000 to R20 000 per month CTC, depending on experience, qualification(s) and current/previous salary
