Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics is seeking a Payroll Team Lead in Kempton Park to oversee end-to-end payroll processing and team performance. The role requires strong knowledge of payroll legislation and experience with Sage People 300 and ESS, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all payroll cycles.

You will lead and support the payroll team, drive process improvements, and collaborate with HR and finance to meet strict deadlines and statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Shared Services Payroll environment.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with Sage People 300 & ESS.
• End-to-end payroll processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and statutory compliance.
• Excellent accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing on P300.
• Process Increase & Bonus Schedules.
• Assist with audits and Stats SA submissions.
• Ensure payroll deadlines are met and accurate monthly reporting.
