This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to take ownership of global payroll processes especially with UK payroll expertise and contribute to operational excellence within a high-performing international environment.

As a key member of the team, you will ensure the seamless delivery of payroll services across multiple regions, drive compliance, and support the transformation of payroll systems and processes.

As the Payroll Operations Partner, you will be responsible for the following :

  • Collaborate with internal HR and Finance teams, as well as external payroll vendors, to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery
  • Manage and oversee UK payroll operations , ensuring adherence to HMRC regulations and UK-specific statutory requirements
  • Stay current with local and international payroll legislation to ensure end-to-end compliance
  • Ensure data accuracy within payroll systems and lead payroll audits and reconciliations
  • Generate and present reports and insights to support HR and Finance decision-making
  • Support payroll transitions, system integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex payroll matters
  • Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, data privacy, and regulatory compliance

Requirements :

Minimum 5 years’ payroll experience, ideally within a multinational corporation

Hands-on experience with UK payroll and in-depth understanding of UK tax and labor laws

Proficiency with payroll platforms such as SAP, Workday, ADP, or similar systems

Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
