Hire Resolve's Client is seeking a Payroll & HR Officer to take ownership of day-to-day HR and payroll functions, allowing leadership to focus on strategic growth. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency by ensuring systems are in place, issues are preemptively managed, and the team is supported with reliable, proactive HR services. It requires a high level of autonomy, initiative, and adaptability within a dynamic and fast-paced construction environment.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years in HR and payroll
  • Payroll is essential
  • Must be proactive, hands-on, and solutions-focused
  • Ability to identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate
  • Skilled at creating and implementing systems and procedures

Traits:

  • Strong personality with resilience
  • Highly detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Capable of working under pressure within a dynamic construction environment

Education:

  • No strict requirement for formal qualifications
