This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency by ensuring systems are in place, issues are preemptively managed, and the team is supported with reliable, proactive HR services. It requires a high level of autonomy, initiative, and adaptability within a dynamic and fast-paced construction environment.

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years in HR and payroll
• Payroll is essential
• Must be proactive, hands-on, and solutions-focused
• Ability to identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate
• Skilled at creating and implementing systems and procedures
