A leading HR and Payroll management firm in Rustenburg is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage payroll and related HR operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in UIF, Payroll, and Labour Law, and will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, compliance, and supporting HR initiative delivery. Strong management and systems administration skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with end-to-end payroll processing.
  • Strong understanding of UIF and Labour Law.
  • Ability to manage HR operational issues effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Payroll System and ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Compile monthly management reports as required.

Job description

  • Experience with UIF, Payroll, Labour Law, etc.
  • Compile monthly management reports as required.
  • Implement performance management / talent management initiatives to ensure enhanced knowledge & skills sharing / transfer..
  • Manage the Payroll System and be responsible for forwarding final Pay.
  • Onboarding & exiting of employees.
  • End to end payroll processing, oversight and administration on payroll system which includes new engagements, terminations, staff movements and monthly payroll input.
  • Systems administration and maintenance.
  • Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures and ensure good governance is adhered to. Contribute to the executive team by evaluating business results.
  • Undertake / assist with the planning and delivery of HR-related projects.
  • Manage, advise on, and assist in day-to-day HR operational issues.
  • Able to work without supervision and supervise staff as and when required. Able to function within a team and deal with demanding co-workers. Available to travel for training purposes.
  • Able to work for long periods on own when management is away.
