Job Responsibilities and Requirements
- Experience with UIF, Payroll, Labour Law, etc.
- Compile monthly management reports as required.
- Implement performance management / talent management initiatives to ensure enhanced knowledge & skills sharing / transfer.
- Manage the Payroll System and be responsible for forwarding final Pay.
- Oversee onboarding & exiting of employees.
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing, oversight, and administration on payroll system, including new engagements, terminations, staff movements, and monthly payroll input.
- Maintain systems administration and system maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures and uphold good governance. Contribute to the executive team by evaluating business results.
- Assist with planning and delivering HR-related projects.
- Manage, advise on, and assist with day-to-day HR operational issues.
- Able to work independently without supervision and supervise staff as needed. Capable of functioning within a team and handling demanding co-workers. Willing to travel for training purposes.
- Able to work alone for extended periods when management is away.
