Degree / National Diploma in Human Resources Management, Development, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations, or equivalent NQF level 6 qualification.
Minimum 3-4 years' experience in Human Resources environment.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and applicable knowledge and experience on the job may be considered during the selection process.

Prepare internal & external job advertisements in conjunction with Line Management.
Advertise vacancies internally and externally according to the recruitment process.
