We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll / Finance Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll processing, financial administration, and proficiency in WorkBook and Sage 300. This role requires a strong understanding of payroll regulations, financial reporting, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Manage employee benefits and deductions.
  • Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to management and regulatory bodies.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Job accounting and reconciliation up to job closure
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll and financial operations.
