Job description

Our client based in Kempton Park is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team on a fixed term basis for 6 months.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist with Payroll documentation preparations & submission to the 3rd parties (Liberty Life, MIBFA, Discovery Gap cover).
  2. Work very closely with the Senior Payroll Administrator.
  3. Correlate schedules & submit on a monthly basis.
  4. Assist with collection of Weekly & Monthly time sheets (Manufacturing).
  5. Support the Payroll team with daily, weekly & monthly activities.
  6. Obtain relevant information (Input & Update) from the stakeholders for Payroll processing.

Requirements

Qualification & Experience

  1. Matric
  2. Minimum 1 year work experience on Sage 300.
  3. Computer Literacy: MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  4. Sense of urgency & willingness to learn.
  5. Must have patience, enthusiasm & the willingness to handle difficult situations.
  6. Deadline driven.
  7. Ability to work well in a team & independently.
