Purpose of the Role:
A Senior Payroll Administrator in IGT Solutions South Africa plays a crucial role in managing payroll processes for an organisation. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that employees are paid accurately and on time while also adhering to South African labour laws and tax regulations. The successful candidate will report and work closely with the Senior HR Manager.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
The Senior Payroll Administrator is responsible for overseeing and managing the payroll process for our South African operations. This role involves ensuring accurate calculation, processing, and distribution of employee salaries and benefits while maintaining compliance with local labour laws and tax regulations and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements:
2-3 years of proven experience as a Senior Payroll Administrator or similar role, preferably in the BPO industry. Experience managing payroll for 1,000+ employees. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. In-depth knowledge of South African labour laws related to remuneration. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
