Purpose Of The Role

  1. To administer the Company’s payroll function and generate accurate and timely monthly payrolls.
  2. To work with Operations to improve payroll processes.
  3. To reconcile and maintain payroll-related accounts.
  4. To maintain the integrity of personnel data across the Group.
  5. To provide quality, focused analysis and reporting of payroll-related statistics and financial information for use in business decisions and budgeting.

  3. SARS and Tax Authority Compliance
  4. Payroll Reporting
  5. Expatriate Remuneration Management
  6. Third Party Payment Reconciliation
  7. Payroll Accounting and Financial Administration.

Qualification And Experience

  1. Appropriate tertiary qualification
  2. 5 years experience as a payroll administrator in an organisation with more than 1000 employees, preferably including international (sub-saharan African) payrolls
  3. Proficiency on Sage 300 is required
  4. Working with sub-saharan highly advantageous
  5. Ability to communicate in French would be an added advantage.
