A leading organization in the healthcare sector seeks a Payroll Specialist to manage the payroll function effectively. This role involves ensuring compliance with legislation, maintaining SAP HR records, and providing administrative support. A strong candidate will have a payroll diploma, significant SAP experience, and a passion for customer service.
The incumbent will be responsible for the full payroll function, ensuring that it aligns with the overall business strategy.
Administer and proactively drive client services and meet SLA's.
Provide supportive administrative assistance to the department, including effective planning and record keeping.
Maintain all documentation as and when required to operate effectively.
Excellent working knowledge of relevant legislation governing payroll such as BCEA, Skills Development, UIF, Workman's Compensation / COID, etc.
Practical execution management and strategic leadership.
