Job description

The incumbent will be responsible for the full payroll function, ensuring that it aligns with the overall business strategy.

Administer and pro-actively drive client services and meet SLA's.

Provide supportive administrative assistance to the department including effective planning and record keeping.

Maintain all documentation as and when required to operate effectively.

  1. Prepares and captures SANBS payroll
  2. Document control and general query
  3. Maintains and monitors leave records on SAP HR
  4. Report writing

Education:

  1. Grade 12
  2. Payroll Diploma
  3. Payroll Certificate
  4. SAP HR / Payroll

Experience and Knowledge Requirements:

At least 5 years specialised experience in payroll processing and 3 years SAP finance proficiency.

Other (Knowledge and Skills):

Excellent working knowledge of relevant legislation governing payroll such as BCEA, Skills Development, UIF, Workman's Compensation / COID, etc.
