You will work closely with our HR department and other team members to ensure all payroll information is up to date and in compliance with company policies and procedures.RESPONSIBILITIES : Process payroll for all employees on a monthly or fortnightly basis, as requiredEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirementsVerify and reconcile timesheets, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll-related dataEnsure accuracy of employee information, including salary, benefits, and deductionsPrepare and distribute payslips, where neededRespond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and resolve any discrepanciesMaintain and update payroll records and reportsAssist with month-end and year-end processes and tax filingsCollaborate with HR and other departments to ensure accurate and timely onboarding and offboarding of employeesPrepare and distribute payroll reports to management and other departmentsParticipate in audits and provide necessary documentation and support as neededHandle any other payroll-related tasks and projects as assigned by supervisor or managementStay current with relevant laws and regulations related to payroll and make necessary updates to processes and proceduresREQUIREMENTS : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processingProficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office SuiteSKILLS : Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulationsExcellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalismExperience with Payspace or other payroll systems is a plusTo submit your application kindly visit the SKG Properties career website.Psychometric tests are required to be undertaken by shortlisted candidates.Should you not have been contacted by 31 March please consider your application unsuccessful.
