Payroll Administrator
- Our client a leading company in the FMCG manufacturing industry is currently looking to hire a skilled payroll Administrator.
- The successful candidate must bring a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience demonstrating expertise in managing payroll processes and supporting related HR functions.

- The selected candidate will ensure the timely and accurate processing of employee wages and maintain up-to-date payroll records, contributing significantly to the organisation's overall operational success.
- Matric.
- Diploma in Payroll Administration or Human Resources.
- Vehicle and valid Driver’s License.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite, with a strong focus on Microsoft Excel, including experience using formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis tools.
- Essential : Sage and Eco Time.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and process monthly wages for approximately 170+ staff members, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Oversee and manage the payroll process for outsourced weekly casual wages.
- Maintain accurate payroll records, update employee information and handle payroll-related queries and compliance matters.
- Support HR functions including but not limited to employee onboarding documentation, maintaining staff records, and assisting with general HR administration.
