Job description

This key role is vital in ensuring the seamless management of HR functions, payroll, timekeeping, , and financial processes, contributing to the smooth operation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Ensure accurate processing of salaries, deductions, leave, and statutory contributions (UIF, PAYE, SDL).

Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Address and resolve payroll-related queries promptly and professionally.

Oversee the company’s biometric clocking system, ensuring accurate tracking of attendance, working hours, overtime, and leave.

Validate timekeeping data for payroll processing and liaise with department managers to resolve discrepancies.

Ensure timely preparation of attendance reports and related documentation.

Minimum Requirements :

Matric (Grade 12) – Essential.

Tertiary qualification in Administration, Finance, or Human Resources – Advantageous.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Experience with Pastel Payroll and Pastel Accounting – Preferred.

High level of accuracy, reliability, and professionalism.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
