Job description

Overall Purpose of the Job: Responsible for ensuring timely debit order runs and managing the Debi-check process.

Minimum qualification and experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (advanced Excel)
  • SAP experience
  • 5 years of debit order experience
  • Full knowledge of DebiCheck
  • PASA experience
  • Effective communication skills at all organizational levels
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to interpret technical instructions

Main duties & responsibilities:

  • Manage debit order processes
  • Analyze debit order rejections, identify causes, and implement corrective actions
  • Train staff on relevant processes
  • Implement new processes
  • Maintain full control over the DebiCheck process
  • Manage debit order rejection rates
  • Analyze reports and data analytics
  • Prepare monthly management reports for HOD
  • Present monthly reports to management forums
  • Plan and implement monthly billing strategies
  • Perform other duties to support daily operations
