Payloader Driver

Salary: Salary will be discussed in the interview and is based on experience.

Working Environment: Must be able to work in a high-paced and high-performing environment.

Sector Experience: FMCG and Manufacturing sector experience essential.

Employment Type: Contractual; however, it is subject to permanent employment based on performance.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 1 year working experience as a Payloader Driver.
2. FMCG or Manufacturing sector experience is an advantage.
3. Strong understanding of risk, business processes, and controls.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Willingness to go the extra mile.
6. Display business insight.
7. Team player with a commitment to task execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the payloader machine is kept clean at all times.
2. Report any defects or hazards related to the machine.
3. Adhere to housekeeping and maintenance standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.
4. Load the correct products within the required timeframes.
5. Maintain coal & SF feed to the boiler to ensure the non-stoppage of plant operations.
