What You'll Be Doing :

You will provide expert engineering input throughout the full project lifecycle, contributing to designs, leading construction, monitoring progress, and managing multidisciplinary project teams. Expect to work on urban and rural roads, from initial visual assessments and pavement investigations to detailed design and rehabilitation.

Key responsibilities include :

• Conducting pavement assessments, traffic loading analysis, and surfacing design
• Designing asphalt surfacing, bituminous seals, and both flexible and rigid pavements
• Supporting tender and procurement processes through to site handover
• Managing safety, quality, timelines, and budgets across multiple transport projects
• Building strong relationships with clients and contributing to business development
