Job summary

Hi-Tech Recruitment is seeking a Pavement Engineer with 5–6 years of hands-on pavement engineering experience to design roads, oversee construction, and optimize transportation infrastructure. The ideal candidate holds a BSc/BEng/BTech in Civil Engineering and has experience with both national highways and municipal roads.

ECSSA/PR Eng registrations are required, along with a strong understanding of pavement materials, drainage, and durability from asphalt to concrete.

• Experience: You’ve got 5-6 years of hands-on experience in pavement engineering. Whether it’s designing roads or overseeing construction, you’ve been in the thick of it.
• Education: A BSc, BEng, or BTech in Civil Engineering is your foundation.
• Pavement Passion: Pavements are your playground. You understand the intricacies of materials, drainage, and durability. From asphalt to concrete, you’ve got it covered.
• Road Warrior: National highways, city streets, and rural byways—you’ve navigated them all. Your experience with both national and municipal roads sets you apart.
• Certified: You hold ECSA registration as a PR Tech, PR Tech Eng, or PR Eng.
