Key Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Create Denim Patterns on computer using Lectra and available references, keeping in mind the specific shrinkages on denim as well as specific needs by factory based on automated machinery.
  • Liaise with Designer on requirements
  • Communicate with Sample Room on requirements
  • Measure Garments
  • Grading
  • Attend Fit Sessions with Designer
  • Liaise with retail Technologist
  • Handle queries from factories

Qualifications And Experience

  • Matric
  • Has proven competency in Denim Pattern Making & Grading (3-5 years)
  • Experience with the Lectra Windows system would be advantageous.
  • Garment Construction Knowledge specific to Denim.
