Patent Candidate Attorney

Do you hold a M.Sc. or Ph.D. in chemistry, chemical engineering, or process chemistry with a passion for innovation and intellectual property law?

KISCH IP is seeking a dynamic Patent Candidate Attorney to join our thriving Patent department. You will work alongside industry experts and gain hands-on experience with local and international patent matters, from prosecution to litigation.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assist with the drafting, filing, and prosecution of patent applications (local and international).
2. Conduct patentability assessments and legal research.
3. Draft infringement and validity opinions.
4. Liaise with clients, counsel, and foreign agents on intellectual property matters.
5. Monitor deadlines and provide status reports to clients.
6. Support billing activities and maintain accurate administrative records.
7. Participate in client consultations, correspondence, and follow-ups.
8. Contribute to articles, blogs, and client education initiatives.
9. Represent the firm at conferences, webinars, and other networking events.
