Do you hold a M.Sc. or Ph.D. in chemistry, chemical engineering, or process chemistry with a passion for innovation and intellectual property law?

KISCH IP is seeking a dynamic Patent Candidate Attorney to join our thriving Patent department. You will work alongside industry experts and gain hands-on experience with local and international patent matters, from prosecution to litigation.

• Assist with the drafting, filing, and prosecution of patent applications (local and international).
• Conduct patentability assessments and legal research.
• Draft infringement and validity opinions.
• Liaise with clients, counsel, and foreign agents on intellectual property matters.
• Monitor deadlines and provide status reports to clients.
• Support billing activities and maintain accurate administrative records.
• Participate in client consultations, correspondence, and follow-ups.
• Contribute to articles, blogs, and client education initiatives.
• Represent the firm at conferences, webinars, and other networking events
