Pastry Chef de Partie | Riyadh | Luxury Hospitality Group

We are currently seeking a creative and skilled PASTRY CHEF DE PARTIE specializing in French pastry and bakery to join the culinary team within a leading hospitality group in Riyadh. The group is renowned for creating exceptional dining and event experiences, boasting a portfolio of high-end restaurants and a strong presence in the city’s vibrant entertainment scene.

As ideal candidate you will have:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie – from upmarket Restaurant or luxury Hotels
  • Relevant qualifications
  • Fluent English
  • Immaculate presentation
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Clear medical
  • Clear criminal record
  • Valid passport
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts
  • Follow recipes and maintain consistent quality
  • Manage a pastry station and ensure smooth operations
  • Assist in menu development and create new desserts
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry area
  • Control inventory and minimize waste
  • Plate and present desserts attractively
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff
  • Ensure food safety standards are met
Salary on offer:
  • Basic Salary SAR 4 – 4500
