Our beautiful venue in Spitalfields is seeking a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join our warm and welcoming back of house team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of your section in a dynamic kitchen, contribute to menu development, and help deliver the Ottolenghi experience.

As a Pastry Chef de Partie at Ottolenghi Spitalfields, you will:

  • Prepare, bake, and present a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods to the highest standards
  • Work closely with the Head Pastry Chef to develop and refine recipes, ensuring consistency and creativity in our pastry offerings
  • Manage your section efficiently, maintaining a well-organised and clean workspace
  • Ensure all pastries and desserts meet our quality and presentation standards before leaving the kitchen
  • Assist in stock control, ordering, and minimizing food waste
  • Support and mentor junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff
  • Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene practices at all times

The ideal Pastry Chef de Partie will be:

  • Passionate about pastry and baking, with a strong attention to detail and creativity
