Position Summary :

The Pastry Shop Supervisor ensures efficient operations, overseeing the production, quality, and presentation of pastries and desserts in line with company policies. Responsibilities include managing forecasts, minimizing waste, maintaining displays, and adhering to public health regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee pastry production, presentation, and recipe standards.
  • Prepare for inspections and maintain cleanliness in the pastry shop.
  • Manage inventory, requisitions, and consumption reports.
  • Support guest and crew needs, attend training, and assist as required.

The role involves ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Pastry Shop, including production, quality, and presentation of pastry and desserts in accordance with company policies. This includes assisting in production forecasts, minimizing wastage, setting up pastry displays, adhering to public health regulations, cleaning the pastry shop, preparing for inspections, requisitioning items, maintaining recipe standards, and assisting with consumption recaps. Additionally, the individual must acquire necessary knowledge to assist guests and crew, attend meetings and training activities, and perform any other related duties assigned by supervisors or management.
