Duties:

• Prepare pasta and sauces according to standardized recipes
• Cook pasta to order, managing multiple tickets during service
• Maintain pasta station mise en place and PAR-level stock
• Ensure consistency in portioning, plating, and presentation
• Manage FIFO stock rotation and track daily waste
• Uphold food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times
• Communicate effectively with pass/expo during service to manage ticket times

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years\' experience in a pasta/hot section role within a high-volume restaurant
• Solid knife skills and fundamental sauce-making techniques
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure during peak times
• Valid food handler\'s certificate
