Purpose Of The Job :

Our client urgently requires a Passenger Vehicle Workshop Foreman with Mercedes Benz experience to join their busy Team.

POSITION INFO : Duties :

• Oversee daily workshop operations
• Manage and Mentor staff
• Ensures appropriate allocation of work to technicians and efficient workflow
• Ensures work completed meets service delivery and high standard of quality control requirements
• Ensures that safety regulations are followed
• Effectively arranges for the allocation and distribution of outwork to service providers
• Accurately orders supplies for the workshop
• Ensure customers’ needs are understood and resolved
• Leadership of the team

Requirements :

• Minimum 3-5 years proven experience with Mercedes Benz in same or similar role within a dealership setting, as passenger vehicle Workshop Foreman
• MERCEDEZ-BENZ EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL – the brand’s systems, diagnostics, and service standards
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Strong commitment to Customer Satisfaction
• Professional Attitude
• Qualified Mechanic
• Drivers license
