Passenger Vehicle Service Advisor - Northcliff

Remuneration: R12.00 Basic (Negotiable for strong candidate)
Incentive + Medical Aid 50 / 50 + Provident Fund

Purpose of The Job

Our Client, a Dealership for a well-known passenger vehicle brand, requires an experienced Service Advisor to join their Team.

Duties:

1. Following up with orders and parts requirements on all current and future jobs
2. Responsible for the total customer handling process in the service and repairs area
3. Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and confidence to increase loyalty and trust
4. Generate service business volume (selling parts and labour through interactive reception and upselling opportunities)
5. Build and maintain a positive service image amongst customers
6. Handle all customer requirements by offering alternative repair solutions and pricing options
7. Able to motivate and technically validate and converse with customers on warranty and policy related repairs and matters
8. Must be able to handle all customer complaints and issues up to a certain level
9. Support the workshop scheduling system and work with foreman regarding the customer volume (appointments) to fully utilise workshop capacity
10. Uses all methods of customer communication, including bookings, phone calls, email, and in-person interactions, to schedule and book service and repair appointments
11. Follow-up after the service/repair to ensure the customer is satisfied with the work done
12. Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat and referral business
13. All general administrative duties for the workshop and/or service department

Requirements:

1. Min 3-5 years' relevant experience within the motor industry at dealership level, in the same or similar role as Service Advisor
2. Team player, friendly and energetic
3. Self-Motivated
4. Target / Goal driven
5. Extremely good with client relationships (Excellent Customer Service)
6. Strong Administration skills
7. Motor Industry experience ESSENTIAL!
