A leading company seeks a skilled Rental Sales Administrator to provide administrative support to the Auto Fleet Sales department. This role involves managing vehicle orders, facilitating business development, and ensuring high service levels to customers. Candidates should have automotive experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Reports to : Auto Fleet Sales ManagerRemuneration : R – R per annum, including 13 ChequePurpose Of The Job : Our Client, a well selling OEM, requires an experienced Rental Sales Administrator to join the Team.
The Rental Sales Administrator is primarily responsible for assisting the Auto Fleet Sales department with the administrative and logistics requirements.
This includes, but is not limited to, assisting with internal operational and administration support.
Processing and dispatching of all new and existing orders.
Adhering to standards as measured nationally.Duties :
Booking and holding of vehicles on system for clients as per orders
Follow up on current PDI's being completed and current accessory fitments
Co-ordinate vehicle registrations & licensing
Ensuring timeous and accurate distribution of license discs and number plates
Controlling movement and delivery of vehicles
Support the reduction of "vehicle off road "time by challenging methods and processes
Controlling movement and delivery of vehicles
Preparation of monthly reports and collating data on sales and stock
Relationship building and business development (Government, Rental and Fleet)
General Admin duties and admin queries, internally & externally
Provide the highest level of service to our customers regarding new orders, existing orders, PDI, fitments, final delivery, downtime & vehicle assessments
Ensure turnaround times or based on various SLA's set out by Rental partners are prompt
Adhere to standards as measured nationally
Monitor and accreditation of all new and existing client depots and workshops
Facilitate Nuts and Bolts conference once per quarter per region
Requirements : Matric
Relevant tertiary qualification would be an advantage
At least 3 years' experience in relevant or same role in the automotive industry
Willingness to work overtime when required
Willingness to travel if required
Valid Drivers License
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and PowerPoint
Excel -Minimum intermediate or advanced level
Able to work without supervision
Able to take on more responsibilities than the job requires
Accurate, meticulous, detailed, precise and methodical
Sound business acumen – good general business skills
The ability to work in cross-functional teams
Motor Industry experience ESSENTIAL!!
