Job summary

Select Motor Recruitment is seeking an experienced After Sales Strategy Leader to develop and execute aftersales strategies aimed at increasing revenue and enhancing service quality. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in OEM aftersales, strong leadership skills, and expertise in managing operations across services, warranty, and logistics in the automotive sector. This position offers the chance to drive digital transformation and improve customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years in OEM aftersales, including leadership roles in service, parts, and warranty operations.
  • Proven experience managing warehousing or parts logistics at scale.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and telematics.

  • Develop and execute aftersales business strategy to drive revenue and service quality.
