Job summary

Hyundai Automotive South Africa is seeking a Picker/Packer to pick, pack and deliver parts daily in line with SOPs, ensuring accurate stock control and efficient warehouse operations.

You will support customer service standards, conduct stock checks and help maintain optimal warehouse layout while upholding Hyundai values.

This role is on-site in Gauteng with opportunities to learn and grow within the Hyundai team.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent required.
• 0 to 1 year experience in a warehouse, parts, logistics or similar environment.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories will be advantageous.
• Computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and deliver parts to designated areas according to operational requirements.
• Conduct cycle counts and check stock levels based on system-generated reports.
• Report stock discrepancies to the relevant supervisor for corrective action.
• Plan and organise daily work to achieve productivity and performance targets.
• Provide regular feedback on task completion and operational issues.
• Re-bin stock based on system-generated movement information to optimise warehouse layout.
• Resolve routine warehouse-related issues and upscale unresolved concerns.
• Scan and accurately bin stock into allocated warehouse locations.
• Execute work efficiently to support operational effectiveness and reduce delays.
• Deliver services in line with established customer service standards.
• Attend training and development initiatives to improve performance and skills.
• Demonstrate and uphold Hyundai values and behaviours in daily activities.
