Parts Advisor

CV Components is the CV division of Alliance Automotive Group, comprising over 30 branches that provide commercial vehicle parts, tools & equipment to all segments of the automotive industry. These include independent repair centres, national retailers, fast-fit chains, fleet operators, leasing companies, fleet maintenance companies, and emergency service fleets.

We are currently looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team.

This role is based at Unit 2, Spectrum Business Estate, Bircholt Rd, Maidstone ME15 9YP, England.

As a Parts Advisor, you will be involved in all areas of the branch and its operation; however, your focus will be maintaining and expanding the local customer base.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Taking orders over the telephone, upselling to increase invoice value.
• Outbound calling to raise customer awareness and achieve higher sales.
• Building long-term rapport with local customers.
• Actively promoting offers, discounts, and customer competitions.
• Limiting credits and returns by ordering and sending the right parts, first time.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be:

• Punctual, organized, and efficient while working towards deadlines.
• Pro-active and enthusiastic when speaking with customers.
• Able to demonstrate empathy towards customers.
• Professional with excellent communication skills.
