Overview

A fast-scaling payments platform is looking for a Partner Marketing Specialist to execute high-impact, partner-led campaigns and events. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and wants to take full ownership of execution; from field events and webinars to campaign assets and performance tracking.

You'll work within a collaborative B2B marketing team that values creative thinking, cross-functional partnerships, and data-driven execution. The role is based in either Johannesburg or Cape Town, with a hybrid setup and the opportunity to work on global projects that support expansion across North America, Europe, and beyond.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own and execute co-marketing campaigns in partnership with channel and growth partners.
  • Plan and run high-impact webinars, virtual events, and field activations end-to-end.
  • Create campaign assets including emails, landing pages, social media posts, and partner toolkits.
  • Handle all event logistics - invites, vendor coordination, swag, budget tracking, and follow-up.
  • Report on performance across MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, CAC, and ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with partner, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and impact.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in events, webinars, or campaign management.
  • Proven experience in managing co-marketing or partner-led campaigns from start to finish.
  • Strong project management skills—detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and organised.
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar marketing automation/CRM platforms.
  • A good eye for brand and creative - able to uphold and interpret brand guidelines.
  • Bonus: Exposure to global campaigns across North America or Europe.
