We're passionate about leveraging technology to create efficient and impactful solutions for our clients.Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Partner Manager to drive growth by managing and expanding our network of Referral Partners.
This role demands strong relationship-building skills, a proactive approach to sales enablement, and a structured account management strategy.
The Partner Manager will ensure that partners are engaged, well-supported, and motivated to drive new business opportunities, all while navigating diverse client needs.Key Responsibilities : Account Management & Growth : Acquire, maintain, and strengthen relationships with reseller partners.Develop and execute a monthly structured engagement plan for each partner.Ensure partners are actively generating new business opportunities, and reaching their targets.Conduct regular pipeline reviews with partners to track progress and identify opportunities.Support partners with sales enablement resources, training, and product knowledge.Identify and recruit new referral partners.Reporting & Insights : Provide monthly reports on partner performance, pipeline health, and key metrics.Deliver product roadmap updates to partners to align their sales efforts with our innovations.Implement strategic approaches for partners not performing their KPIs.Partner Enablement & Support : Conduct regular business reviews and strategy sessions with partners.Organize and lead training sessions to ensure partners are well-equipped to sell and support TMN's products & services.Serve as the primary point of contact for partner-related inquiries, escalations, and strategic discussions.Travel & On-Site Engagement : Visit partners regularly to strengthen relationships and improve engagement.Attend industry events, partner meetings, and networking opportunities to expand TMN's presence.Travelling will be required from time to time.Qualifications & Experience : 3+ years of experience in partner management or channel sales.Proven track record of growing partner networks and driving revenue through indirect sales channels.Strong business acumen with the ability to conduct strategic discussions and pipeline analysis.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Support).Experience in customer support software, messaging platforms, or SaaS is a plus.Willingness to travel when needed.Personality Traits : Highly agile and adaptable to different customer needs across various industries.Exceptional problem-solver with the ability to think on your feet and devise immediate solutions.Proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Market-related salaryLucrative commission structureLaptopHow to Apply : If you are passionate about building relationships and adding value, and truly hungry to make a significant impact in the communication space, we would love to hear from you.We're looking for individuals who are ready to give it their all – if you're not driven to push boundaries and achieve excellence, this role isn't for you.
