Overview

A fantastic opportunity has opened for a Partnerships Campaign Manager in Johannesburg, South Africa. This is your chance to work at the heart of a leading sports betting brand, creating campaigns that inspire, convert, and deliver measurable ROI.

This role is for a relationship builder with commercial flair. You’ll manage partnerships with major players – from Telcos and retailers to media groups – designing and executing campaigns that drive acquisitions and strengthen brand performance. Every campaign you deliver will contribute directly to the scoreboard.

Responsibilities
  • Onboarding new partners and managing commercial relationships.
  • Building campaign calendars and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Coordinating with creative, CX, legal, and fraud teams to deliver flawless campaigns.
  • Developing and running marketing strategies that boost acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Monitoring performance metrics (registrations, FTDs, deposits, ROI) and optimising campaigns.
  • Managing campaign budgets and maximising partner ROI.
  • Analysing competitor promotions and aligning strategies with in-country teams.
  • Driving innovation through new activations and campaign channels.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years’ client-facing experience in sales, partnerships, or account management.
  • Strong sales and marketing background with proven campaign delivery.
  • Excellent commercial acumen with negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of sports, with football expertise highly advantageous.
  • Ability to manage strategic and operational relationships across multiple markets.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Degree or relevant qualification preferred.
