We are looking for a Partnership Manager - Africa to join our company.
The main objective is to manage an existing portfolio of providers in the local markets and proactively onboard new providers to maintain a healthy and profitable pipeline.
The ideal candidate is tenacious, professional, and accountable. We are looking for a caring individual with a disruptive attitude who is willing to closely collaborate with all internal stakeholders.
What You Will Be Doing
- Maintain relationships with our existing providers, reviewing and negotiating their agreements. You will be the first point of contact for the Providers.
- Ensure that the Providers have the best and most recent integration and solutions offered by Limepay.
- Build a sales pipeline for Limepay’s payment solutions and proactively onboard new providers.
- Create and periodically review your yearly portfolio expansion strategy, outlining the goals, plans, and timelines for each provider.
- Plan and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with your team and internal stakeholders, consistently monitoring the goals set.
- Manage and coordinate efficient onboarding processes with the Sales & Account Management teams, owning the entire lifecycle.
- Create a strategy with the VPs of Sales & Account Management, outlining the goals for this business unit and how it can successfully contribute and complement the commercial team.
- Ensure that Partners receive their monthly commissions along with any reconciliation reports that need to be sent each month.
- Actively monitor the cost efficiency and overall performance of the Providers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Sales/Business Development experience, preferably within the Fintech sector.
- Previous experience in African markets.
- Highly customer-focused, experienced in managing strategic accounts and growing an existing business portfolio.
- Fluent in English with strong presentation and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial confidence.
- Team player who can effectively coordinate with stakeholders across the organization in an international and multicultural environment.
- Highly analytical approach: ability to identify and prioritize initiatives with the highest impact.
- Critical thinking mindset capable of planning and executing autonomously.
- Positive, can-do attitude, focused on execution and results.
- Growth mindset open to seeking and receiving feedback and willing to continuously improve as a person and professional.

- Available to travel to conferences, industry/team events, and provider visits.
