We are seeking an ambitious early mid-career Partner & Sales Manager to help us build and manage sales channels, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth in our startup phase. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone eager to grow with the business and take on increasing responsibility as we scale.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or relevant experience). 2-4 years experience in sales, channel/partner management, or business development (ICT/tech sector preferred but not required). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-starter, adaptable, and comfortable working in a startup environment. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Passion for technology and supporting small businesses is a plus.
