- Merchant Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead expansion of the merchant network by securing strategic partnerships, crafting value propositions, and ensuring seamless onboarding with comprehensive training.
- Technology Integration & Training: Oversee merchant technology integration, train merchants on portal functionalities, and manage ongoing operational issues.
- Accounting & Financial Processing: Establish and manage merchant accounting processes, ensuring strong financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term partnerships, serve as a key contact, and proactively address merchant needs and challenges.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Negotiate agreements, ensuring favorable terms and ongoing compliance, while refining contracts for mutual benefit.
- Campaign Development: Collaborate on targeted marketing campaigns, leveraging data insights for continual optimization and strong ROI.
- Performance Reporting: Develop and analyze KPIs to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in law, commerce, business administration, or related field.
- Experience: 5-10 years in contract, project, supply chain, and product management with a focus on achieving favorable commercial outcomes.
- Skills: Strong marketing, product, project, negotiation, and relationship management; adept at working under pressure within a matrix structure.
- Preferred: Experience in merchant management (Financial), multilingual communication, and familiarity with management software programs.
