Part Time Telesales Consultant – Buckhurst Hill, IG9

We are a well-established and reputable Sales and Lettings Agency seeking a motivated Telesales Consultant to join our growing team in Buckhurst Hill, IG9.

Our client is dedicated to providing exceptional property services to landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers. Our team is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, including landlords, vendors, and property investors.
  2. Promote our sales and lettings services, booking valuations and appointments for our agents.
  3. Follow up on warm leads and inquiries to convert them into business opportunities.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  5. Work closely with the sales and lettings teams to support overall business objectives.
  6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes in our CRM system.
  7. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

The successful applicant will need to possess the following skills:

  1. Previous experience in telesales, estate agency, or a sales-driven environment is preferred.
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Confident, persuasive, and results-driven approach.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  6. A positive and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (training provided if necessary).

The hours will be: 25 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm, with flexibility.

Salary range: £15 per hour, plus commission structure.
