Job summary

Spring Health in Johannesburg seeks qualified, part-time mental health therapists to join a hybrid global provider network. You will deliver care via a tech-enabled platform, with sessions for adults and potentially minors, using evidence-based modalities.

Remote and in-person options, with a calendar system and collaborative support. You should hold SA licensure for counseling, have at least 3 years of independent experience, and be comfortable with technology and tele-health practices.

Qualifications

• Qualified to practice counseling in South Africa (license where applicable).
• Minimum of 3 years of independent clinical experience.
• Comfortable with technology and tele-health platforms.
• Experience treating minors (ages 6+) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to clients via short-term EAP or employer health plans.
• Treat adults identified through online screenings; minors/couples/families optional.
• Maintain availability calendar and timely session documentation.
• Use evidence-based modalities tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with provider support and care navigation teams.
