With a retail footprint of more than 30 physical and online stores across Africa, we provide expert advice, Apple Authorized Repairs, Business, Education, training, and technical support for anything and everything Apple.

We are looking for Technicians to join our team in a flexible capacity with options to work either 4 or 5 days a week.

Our iStore Technical Support Technicians are a blend of technically skilled individuals with excellent people skills.

Your role involves providing technical support to iStore customers through troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and software support. You will also offer training and assistance to customers as needed, delivering exceptional and professional support services.

You Need To Have
  • Completed Matric and an IT qualification (minimum A+/N+)
  • Experience in Helpdesk/First Line Support
