iStore is Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller, with over 30 stores across Africa offering expert advice, repairs, business, education, training, and technical support for Apple products.

We are seeking Technicians to join our team on a flexible basis, working 4 or 5 days a week. Our Technical Support Technicians are technically skilled individuals with excellent people skills.

Your role includes providing technical support to customers through troubleshooting, resolving issues, and software support. You will also assist and train customers as needed, delivering professional and high-quality support.

Requirements

• Completed Matric and IT qualification (minimum A+/N+)
• Experience in Helpdesk/First Line Support
