As the face of our brand, you will demonstrate products, work toward sales targets, and stay current with the latest technology and promotions. The role requires at least 1 year of retail experience and a passion for technology.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) required; retail experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in technology or electronics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend technology solutions.
• Demonstrate products confidently and explain features and benefits.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Assist with stock, merchandising, and daily operations.
• Collaborate with colleagues for smooth day-to-day operations.
