Job Title: Part-Time Supervisor (Foundation Phase)

Location: Gauteng, Roodepoort

Deadline: May 24, 2025

Responsibilities

1. Visit schools to engage with mentor teachers about student performance.
2. Observe lessons and activities, providing detailed developmental feedback to students.
3. Complete a Lesson Feedback Report after observing at least one lesson; additional observations may be required depending on the programme and year of study.
4. Conduct at least one feedback session immediately after the lesson to discuss and outline developmental plans.

Minimum Qualifications

• B.Ed. Honour’s degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Education (NQF level 8).
• Qualifications must focus on Foundation Phase and/or Early Childhood Teaching.

Minimum Work Experience

• School teaching experience in Foundation Phase is required.
• Note: Teaching experience during teaching practice, work-integrated learning, internship, or as a teaching assistant does not qualify.
