Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12).
• Minimum of 2 years' retail sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics, technology, telecommunications, or premium retail.
• A passion for technology and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, energetic, and customer-focused approach.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience using POS systems (experience with iOS or similar technology is advantageous).

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences while helping customers discover the latest technology products and accessories that best suit their needs.

You'll be the face of our brand, confidently demonstrating products, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in a premium retail environment.

What We're Looking For

Working Hours

• Approximately 138 hours per month/32 hours per week.
• Retail trading hours, including weekends and public holidays, according to the store roster.

Location

• This position is based at our multi-brand technology kiosk in Brooklyn in PTA
• Reliable transport or a good understanding of local public transport routes is essential.
