iStore is the home of everything Apple, and Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller. With a retail footprint of more than 30 physical and online stores across Africa, we provide expert advice, Apple Authorized Repairs, Business, Education, training, and technical support for all Apple products.

We are seeking tech-savvy, retail-oriented individuals with excellent communication skills to join our team.

Role Overview

As an iStore Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility is to maximize sales opportunities within the store. You will ensure that all customers receive hands-on experience with the latest Apple technology and services. Proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs, presenting comprehensive solutions, and creating memorable experiences are key aspects of this role.

We will equip you with all the necessary knowledge and tools related to our iStore products to ensure your success.

Additional Information

This role offers flexibility and is suitable for individuals who require a part-time position, working approximately 138 hours per month. If you thrive on teamwork and delivering excellent customer service, this position might be perfect for you.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Some sales experience, preferably in retail, or product knowledge as an advantage
• Passion for our products and some prior experience is desirable
