Job summary

adidas Johannesburg is seeking a motivated retail associate to deliver outstanding customer service and support store operations. You will assist customers, handle sales transactions and help with stock flow from the backroom to the floor. You’ll contribute to merchandising and participate in training to build product knowledge.

Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required, with a focus on teamwork and delivering a top-tier Adidas experience to every guest in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Adidas service is the highest standard for every customer.
• Handle regular sales transactions (cash, card, checks).
• Assist with ticketing and paperwork checks on received items.
• Move stock from backroom to sales floor as needed.
• Assist in creating product displays per store guidance.
• Build product knowledge via in-store or digital training (Atticus/AREA).
• Familiarize yourself with Power BI tools to understand store performance.
