Responsibilities

• Ensures the highest level of adidas service is given to each customer.
• Completes regular sales transactions involving cash, credit, checks, etc.
• Involved with ticketing of products and checking paperwork against items received.
• Assists in product flow from stockroom to sales floor on an as-needed basis.
• Assists in developing merchandise displays following management guidance.
• Attain proficiency with the point-of-sale system and maintain policy compliance.
• Uses selling techniques to achieve store and position sales goals.
• Greets customers and assists them in finding the right product; greets at the front door during busy times.
• Maintain general housekeeping standards and safekeeping of assets.
• Loss prevention and reporting suspicious activity per security procedures.
• Participate in in-store training or digital training to gain product knowledge.
